Maybe you've noticed, but we've decided to skip the month of June to allow for the new additions to the Winters community. Congratulations to the key staff and their families that will be welcoming newborns in the month of June! 

Soooo, lets get ready to do it in JULY! Per usual, this event will be unique and tailored to the sources at hand and will be held in casual style at Preserve Market.

We are not sure which awesome farmer will be providing the hog for July nor which local brewer will be providing the beers, but we do know we will have fun and be happy to see everyone back together! 

If you are feeling particularly adventurous, go ahead and buy a mystery ticket knowing only the date and time and that Preserve will always do its best to ensure your good time!

As for the rest of you, we will be announcing the brewer and farmer as well as other details as the date gets closer. Hope to see you July 28th.

 ** UPDATE **

Looks like the mystery is giving way to a fun filled evening with 3 beautiful hogs from George House and endless amounts of beers from Berryessa Brewing Co.  

Also, Chef John is taking the lead on this one and has provided a prospective menu. We are taking on a couple extra hogs this time so expect ample amounts of the choicest cuts. Hope to see you there!
