Join us for a casual dinner and drinks in Preserve Market after hours. We thought it would be fun to pair a whole animal with a winery or brewery every month through spring and summer for the downtown Winters 4th Friday street parties. We will be preparing a whole animal from a farm of interest and pairing it with some offerings from a local brewery or winery.
First up on the "figure it out as you go" tour will be a whole hog from Massa Natural Meats and a lineup from local favorite Berryessa Brewing.
